My Summary:

Whitney Sutherland is on the show not to meet "Mr. Right" or even "Mr. Right-now". She's not even here for the prize money. She's here to meet her father...the host of the show. She's determined to make it to the end of the show, or until she can talk to Rupert alone.

Rand McNair is on the show so that he can find a wife. Not a wife for love or even life, but a wife so that he can regain custody of Teddy and Dolly, who are currently in his brother-in-laws care, as per his late wife's wishes. When he meets Whitney, or Ice Cuba as some call her, he thinks he's finally found the woman he can marry who will understand that he just wants Teddy and Dolly, not her. Afterall, she told him she was only on the show for the prize...

Whoa! So much action! So much conflict! And still so much Darla! Yuck! Whitney and Rand are great together but will they figure that out before the show's over? I flew through this story, I really liked the couple and I'll probably read more of Smythe's books.
